Assemblies, Work Orders and BOM

Creating a finished product to a customer's exact specifications is hard enough without the trials of administration getting in the way, which is why Encore Jeweler combines its Inventory Control, Accounting and CRM functions to form its revolutionary Assemblies function, the most powerful, hassle-free and intuitive available.
The Assemblies function incorporates Work Orders, Bill of Materials (BOM), Labor Costs, Materials and Work Centers, and maintains a summary screen for each assembly which updates in real-time, displaying up to date information that can be relayed to staff and customers alike.
Because Encore Jeweler is a fully integrated Multi-Location system, every piece of information required to fill out a Work Order is already available - just select each part from a list of available items, or enter the first part of its name or reference, and Encore does the hard work for you. The name and reference of the final item can be selected in one of two ways - either select it from a list of existing items, or quickly create a new one.
Assemblies can be made from an unlimited number of components and stones, and even sub-assemblies. Labor can take place in any number of locations, including multiple areas within one store or workshop, and can be charged by the hour and minute or at a fixed rate. Assembly progress can be updated by authorized users at any point, allowing for full traceability and status reports - which can be printed or emailed to customers with the click of a mouse.
